The price of postage for 1 statue to destinations outside of the North American continent (USA/Canada/Mexico) depends on the country the parcel is being shipped to, and can vary widely. If you live outside of the USA, Canada, and Mexico, and wish to purchase a statue of Cthulhu, please email info@CthulhuStatues.com with the information below and we will reply with a list of shipping options and other purchasing information.

* Registered Mail:

Although the use of Registered Mail may decrease the chance that your package is accidentally lost or damaged in transit, the United States Postal Service limits the amount of money that can be recovered if your package is lost or damaged. Currently, this amount may be less than $50, which is less than the price of each statue. This is the only form of insurance currently available for customers outside the United States through the United States Postal Service. Be forewarned that the use of Registered Mail may only decrease the chance that your package is accidentally lost or damaged in transit, and that you may not be able to recover the full amount of your loss!

Due to extremely tight restrictions on how a Registered parcel may be packaged, the price for Registered Mail includes a small handling fee (less than $3.00). Also, Registered Mail may or may not be combined with shipping via a Priority Mail (domestic or international) Flat Rate Box. (This page will be updated when that becomes known.)

Neither Dark Music Domain nor any representative thereof is responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. All items are padded within the shipping box to protect against any minor amount of damage incurred during shipping. By purchasing an item, the customer assumes the risk and responsibility associated with the possibility of damage or loss during shipping. Insurance and Registered Mail are made available to the customer for this purpose, and any other available services can be purchased by the customer at their request.

If you do not purchase extra services such as insurance, registered mail, and various forms of tracking and confirmation, there is nothing that Dark Music Domain can do for you in the unlikely event that your shipped item was severely damaged or lost during shipping. Please consider purchasing one or more extra services in addition to postage in order to reduce the chance of your item becoming lost during shipping or damaged without possibility of recovering the cost of the item.
